Ober
It was founded as an individual company in 1952, deriving from an artisanal reality that carried out work on behalf of third parties. At the end of the 1960s, the design and production of portable pneumatic tools began which, in the early 1970s, became the sole company activity. The 1980s saw the start of an expansion policy aimed abroad and at product development. The activity was characterized by OEM and customized solutions, allowing the diffusion of OBER on the national and international territory, including the Far East. In recent years, some highly specialized "niche" activities have developed, first of all that of threaded rivet application technology, for which it is estimated that OBER products are present, among complete systems and components supplied to other manufacturers, in at least 50% of the equipment sold on the world market.
